We gladly accept files via email (please discuss file size before sending) or on CD or DVD. Artwork can be supplied as either PDFs (saved as high res for printing) or native layout files (InDesign, Illustrator, PageMaker, FreeHand, Quark) with all links included and fonts embedded (or text converted to outlines/paths). MS Word should be avoided unless it is to supply us text files, which will be placed in documents that we are to create for you.

All files are to include crop marks, 3mm bleed, embedded fonts and high-resolution images (in either CMYK or greyscale and NOT RGB). Images are to be 300dpi at full size and bitmap line scans are to be 1200dpi. It is not recommended to enlarge images over 130% as this will compromise image quality.

Please supply laser print outs with your disk for reference.
